“The Enuma Elis is named after its opening lines
in the Babylo-Akkadian language, translated
to mean: “When in the heights…” This series
of ‘seven tablets’ is better known among both
scholars and seekers alike as the ‘Babylonian
Epic of Creation’ or ‘Seven Tablets of Creation’,
which are in fact too often misrepresented
as “Sumerian.” (from Liber E)
“Archaeologists first became away of this particular
series in 1849 when the tablets were
recovered from an expedition into the Royal
Library of Ashurbanipal in ‘Nineveh’. They
were first published academically in 1876 and
received significant attention by historians,
mythographers and biblical scholars – not
only because of their antiquity, but because of
how significant the work turned out to be in
deciphering the ‘methodology’ of Babylonian
civilization and religion in addition to its very
high resonance with our contemporary and
‘classical’ “Epic of Creation” given in the Judeo-
Christian Book of Genesis.” (Liber-E is available in “Magan Magic” or “Necronomicon Spellbook I”, in addition to the Year-3 anthology format “Mesopotamian Magic” or “Necronomicon Workbook”.)
“A true scholar of the Mesopotamian Mysteries
eventually comes to understand the Enuma
Elis in a far different light than how it is most
often relayed in the commonplace ‘bedtime
story’ renditions. For one, contrary to what
we should ‘expect’ from a true Creation Epic,
the Enuma Elis does not concern itself with the
definitive origins of cosmogenesis so much as it
does with anthropogenesis – being the creation
of humans and their reality (or perception
thereof). The mood of the discourse is not
‘theological’ but ‘political’ – for the esteemed
purpose of elevating the power of Marduk
over the Anunnaki ‘gods’ in Babylon!” (Liber E)
“Multiple versions of ‘Mesopotamian-originating’
tablets exists – but there is one key point
that many esoteric practitioners and historians
miss when appropriating what ‘purpose’
the tablets have within the ‘greater’ tradition.
For example, ALL tablet-cycles that make reference
to “Marduk” are purely Babylonian or
a direct influence thereof – meaning that they
are born of the post-Sumerian Anunnaki tradition
that surrounded another key element –
the usurpation and transfer of the “power” in
Mesopotamia to Babylon, the control of the
empire by the priest-magicians and dragonkings
there residing as well as authority in
the religious and spiritual systems of the
people and their relationship with the “Sky
Gods” (Anunnaki) – all shown to be executed
by “Divine Right” and in accordance with the
“World Order” decreed by Anu, Enlil and Enki
in prehistoric times…” (Liber E)
“…it was the Enuma Elis that made this all
possible.”
“In politics, the Enuma Elis allowed the “Law of
Marduk” (for example, the ‘Code of Khammurabi)
to be upheld – as given in the Tablet-L
series in the Necronomicon Anunnaki Bible. In
religious ceremonies, the Enuma Elis was the
preliminary ‘rite’ or ‘incantation’ used before
conducting any public or private working –
such as the maqlu (aforementioned in the preface)
or the Akiti festival of Spring (Aries) that
occurred annually as the Babylonian (Mardukite)
“New Year” celebration. Even significant
rituals and smaller operations of ‘magic’ and
‘devotion’ (within the tradition) were usually
opened with a recitation of the Epic. The
words explain the basis of Mardukite Magick –
a term coined of modern invention by the
anthropologists and esoteric practitioners,
since the ancients simply viewed the same as
Life. But as a cornerstone to the Anunnaki
“post-Sumerian” evolution of the Babylonian
(Mardukite) paradigm – its rise to global influence:
politically, spiritually, magically – the
Enuma Elis is inseparably paramount to all
related ventures, including the understanding
(and theoretical implementation) of the Mesopotamian
religious paradigm, spiritual world
view, magical sciences and its later evolutions
into various kabbalahs of the world.” (Liber E)
“The Enuma Elis demonstrates a transfer of
power and ‘world ordering’ to the Babylonian
paradigm. This was a significant turning point
in global consciousness at its apex – though
the beginnings of the age (of Aries) is
appropriated c. 2100 B.C. It is around this time that a
historian finds amazing new shifts in ‘the
way’ in which things are done on the planet.
It is certainly not the origins of ‘human civilization’
in general, since such is better credited
to the pre-Babylonian Anunnaki efforts,
including that time thought to be antediluvian
or ‘before the deluge’…”

In Babylonian Myth & Magic (Liber 51), Joshua Free reflects on the core archaeological, anthropological and mystical points of Babylonian Myth & Magic in history and practice. Unparalleled in displaying the post-Sumerian mystery tradition of the ancient Babylonians, Babylonian Myth & Magic now accessibly comprehensible to any seeker for the first time in modern history!
Babylonian Legacy: Sumerian Dragon Kingship &
The Divine Right to Rule
(from Liber 51 by Joshua Free)
“An examination of the Sumerian and BabylonianKing-Lists will reveal the belief that “kingship” was “sent down” from “heaven” as decreed by the gods. To this we might add that a similar tradition has been followed by many indigenous ancient cultures. These dynastic lists originate by Sumerian hands, but they were later re-catalogued in Babylon by Nabu Priest-Scribes starting in the third millennium B.C. Similar King-Lists have also been found in Egypt and they all suggest some very amazing notions for the contemporary mind to grasp.” (from Babylonian Myth & Magic)
NOTES:
* L.A. Waddell (in Egyptian Civilization: Its Sumerian Origins) suggests the same King-Lists appear in India.
* The oldest Sumerian King-List example found is the Weld-Blundell Prism tablet.
* The final Babylonian reconstruction and addendum was provided by Berossus (c. 3rd century B.C.)
* The King-Lists are known in Egypt as the Dynastic Chronicles as catalogued by Manetho (c. 3rd century B.C.)
(The materials in Liber 51 can also be found in the Year-2 Mardukite anthology “Gates of the Necronomicon“)
“The chronology of the King-Lists are separated by a critical event, one which is found within the cosmological records of all ancient cultures – the Deluge or Great Flood. This means that Sumerian civilization began in antediluvian times, prior to the Deluge. This controversial event consisted of both torrential storms and the rise of ground floor water in connection to the melting glaciers and ice at the end of the Pleistocene period. The King-Lists appear congruent with this time scale also, but the shifting sands of Mesopotamia provide few clues for us since the ancient sites were often dismantled or found in ruins and later built over by cultural successors. What this signifies is that the pre-Babylonian, pre-Sumerian Ubaid periods are not the true absolute origins for “prehistoric” civilization, but instead the origins for the efforts that were resumed after the earth was stable for societal habitation again, following the last Ice Age.” (Liber 51)
NOTES:
* Archeologists measure the Ubaid period based on the artistic styling used in pottery beginning 6,500 – 5,500 B.C.
* Archeologists can successfully confirm the identities of the King-Lists dating back until c. 3200 B.C., but the records themselves continue into the past for another 420,000+ years. By comparison, the Semitic belief is that the world as a whole was created in c. 4004 B.C., which would necessarily and incorrectly place the Deluge and all other mythic events much more recent.
“The origins of the word “ruler,” “regent” and “realm” all reflect the absolute “god-like” nature of the original king, especially after the unification of the two lands of Babylonia, where one man – one lugal – was elevated to the position of a blessed and lofty demigod. More than simply a title of power, this role required the person to be an active intermediary between the people and the gods and thus acted as a kind of priest-king. What’s more, the interconnectedness of the “realm” was inseparable from this king. The king and his land are one. The king and his people are one. The fate of one proved to reflect the other throughout history many times over and the people couldn’t deny it – a good and just king resulted in expansion and fruitful land, whereas the rule of unjust ungodly tyrants weakened the integrity of the Babylonian Empire every time.” (Liber 51)
“Properly guided kings realized they were essentially Divine Representation on earth and with this came great responsibility. In fact, the freedoms, responsibilities and penalties of the population all rose relative with class – quite different even, than what we see often today. The ‘true’ kings understood that they existed for the people, representatives of the gods on earth, exercising the same divine power that had been executed by the gods themselves in the cultivation of humanity. The descent of kingship come from the gods of heaven themselves, but is carried in the hearts of men – passing on genetic memory in the form of ‘divine blood’ installing the system known as jure divino – the episcopal law upheld by one ‘anointed’ by God.” (Liber 51)

The Mardukite Research Organization (Mardukite Chamberlains) began collecting, transliterating and transcribing Mesopotamian tablet teachings in 2008 — working from the most ancient cuneiform writings on the planet and those famously from Babylonia, an amazing cycle of materials was produced for the underground in 2009, which later went on to be compiled into a single “Year 1″ anthology best known as the “Necronomicon Anunnaki Bible“ edited by Joshua Free.
Not simply conforming to the fantastic imagery and semantic titles made popular in the work of H.P. Lovecraft, the Mardukites, sought to bring a more complete reconstruction to life that more closely followed what had been alluded to in the infamous and most popular “Simon” interpretation of the Necronomicon mysteries – which, rather than being based on a ‘fictional mythology’ (Lovecraft), it was instead a glimpse of what is now known as the “Mardukite” Anunnaki Tradition of Babylonia! Were it not for the recent influx of interest in ‘ancient aliens’ and ‘ancient astronaut’ theories, the greater public might have overlooked this archetypal antiquated tradition altogether!
Now completing the third active public year, the Mardukite Home Office (Truth Seeker Press) has commissioned a special companion serial to the “Necronomicon Anunnaki Bible” known as the “Spellbook series” and inspired by the complimentary style of the controversial “Simon” Necronomicon and Necronomicon Spellbook that millions have come to love. This final contribution by critically acclaimed writer, Joshua Free, to the Year-3 work of the Mardukite Necronomicon Legacy brings this vision new accessibility to newcomers and adepts alike. Year-3 closes with a series of releases, two of which are already available!
As has been done in the past by our team, the newly designed work is being released simultaneously in two formats, called the ‘academic editions’ and the ‘esoteric editions’ – both containing the same literary content internally but each having its own appeal (or not) to a certain type of seeker.
The first two installments of the “Necronomicon Anunnaki Spellbook” series-cycle are best known as Magan Magic (Liber E)and Maqlu Magic(Liber M). These two volumes, much like the forthcoming conclusion to the trilogy, reexamine and elaborate on the materials of the “Necronomicon Anunnaki Bible” anthology with an emphasis on ‘deep interpretation’ and ‘functional practice’ (or reconstruction). These volumes (libros) are simultaneously available as Necronomicon Spellbook I (Liber E) and Necronomicon Spellbook II (Liber M).
So, what do these tomes contain?
1. THE MAGAN TEXT…
…long thought to be the fantastic concoction of wishful-thinkers, the fundamental basis for the mystical, magical and spiritual tradition born of Ancient Mesopotamia has come to life! Cuneiform tablet records of magick and creation are drawn together to reconstruct the most antiquated, powerful and legendary “magician’s primer” ever known to the minds of men –formulated by the ancient Sumerians and Babylonians! Herein lies the origins of ‘religious’ sects of the ancient world; of the ‘mystical’ and priestly magick known as “Kabbalah”; of the ‘political’ methods used by priests an wizards to affect societies; of the ‘occult’ and ‘esoteric’ hierarchical-pantheon based grimoires of spirits used famously throughout history! hidden within are the secrets of the archetypal ‘religious magical’ system, the most ancient methodology for personal development and material gain — the basis of an Anunnaki-based spiritual system being revived today by the modern ‘Mardukite’ movement!
2. THE MAQLU…
…finally translated for accessible modern practice by the Mardukite Chamberlains for the first time ever in print to the public — the product of three years of intensive research and experimentation! A complete spellbook dedicated to ENKI, MARDUK and SAMAS and used by magicians and priests for thousands of years to combat in wizards’ duels, reverse the effects of evil spells and curses, banish disease and nightmares, and conjure the protection and blessings of the gods! No mere ‘folk magic’ or rural witches’ “Book of Shadows”, the MAQLU (M-Series) of cuneiform tablets was first in possession of the ‘highest order’ of priest-scribes and temple-magicians in ancient Mesopotamia — the cradle-origins of human civilization. So powerful was the MAQLU that the government of the greatest empires in history employed its use to ensure prosperous lands, happiness among the people and to dispel the chaotic, negative and malignant forces in the community — things we long for even now… and perhaps as in the long forgotten millennium past, the MAQLU provides an answer just as relevant today!
